As regular readers of my blog here know, the leg kick is my favorite combat sports technique. There’s just something about it that appeals to me; landing your shin full power into the leg of your opponent. On top of that, it looks easy enough to block a leg kick but when you don’t practice it, you’ll be surprised at how difficult it can be. It doesn’t matter if you do Mixed Martial Arts or traditional styles, this technique can be an immensely valuable weapon in your arsenal.
